Kitchen / Kitchen Assistance
Chef de partie / Requirements & duties
organizational and communication skills, experience in managing shifts in the kitchen, making a plan and implementing HACCAP, responsibility, knowledge of the hotel and boarding business.
Demi Chef de partie / Requirements & duties
help in the kitchen, responsibility and implementation of the plan according to the idea of the leader, knowledge of working in cold exhibits, cold kitchen, knowledge of the basics of cooking, experience working with HACCAP
Ouvrier auxiliare de cuisine / Requirements & duties
help in the kitchen, knowledge of working according to HACAPP guidelines, responsibility, dedication, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, follows the instructions of the shift manager, help in preparing salads, vegetables, fruits
Bartender / Cocktail bar
Requirements & duties
Organizational and communication skills, bar experience, knowledge and implementation of HACCAP, willingness to work, responsibility for the workplace, collegiality, kindness and fluency in performing work duties
Receptionist Hotel Loza
Requirements
Active knowledge of English language,
organizational and communication skills,
knowledge of focus on the quality of work and guest satisfaction.
*Work experience is not required
Duties
Reception, check-in and check-out of guests,
entry and updating of guest data in the system,
billing for services and issuing invoices,
providing all information to hotel guests,
close cooperation with the household department and other hotel staff,
all other tasks according to the instructions of the reception manager.

Requirements
At least 5 weeks working between May and September
Minimum age: 20 years
Completed school education
High sense of responsibility
Good knowledge of English / other foreign languages is an advantage
