Terms of payment & cancellation conditions and fees

Our terms of payment:

Bookings for accommodation and packages: The deposit is 50€ per person (unless otherwise agreed) and is due within 7 days after receipt of invoice. Please pay the balance no later than 6 weeks before departure.

Festival Tickets: Please transfer the complete ticket price within 7 days.

More information about the payment options (bank transfer, PayPal or credit card) can be found in the booking confirmation, which you will receive by email after booking.
Payment by bank transfer is possible for a booking up to 16 days before the start of the trip. If you book later than 16 days before the start of the trip, you can only pay by credit card or PayPal.

Cancellation fees according to our GTC for packages (package tours):

Booked festival tickets, entrance fees and events will not be refunded in case of cancellation. This also applies to festival tickets, entrance fees and events that are part of a package tour.

Cancellation fees according to our general terms and conditions (packages/packages):

• Up to 60 days before departure: 20 Euro processing fee per person
• 59 – 30 days before departure: 40% of the tour price
• 29 – 15 days before departure: 60% of the tour price
• 14 – 8 days before departure: 90% of the tour price
• From 7 days before departure: 100% of the tour price

No refund for: Festival tickets, tickets and entrance fees. This also applies to festival tickets, entrance fees and events that are part of a package tour.
Bus travel and shuttle service: The cancellation fee for bus and shuttle trips is 85% of the tour price up to 8 days before the start of the tour. From 7 days before departure: 100% of the tour price.

Tourist tax / deposit

• Tourist tax: 1,35 € per night per person (Ex: one week -> 9,45 € per person)
• Deposit: 50 – 100 € per person (will be returned in full at the end of the stay if there is no damage in or to the apartment or furnishings)
