TRAVEL INFORMATION FOR ACCOMMODATION AND PACKAGE BOOKINGS ACCOMMODATION (ACCOMODATION & TICKETS)

CHECK-IN

Where the Check-In takes place:

Saturdays 10:00-21:00 at Hotel Loza
All other days: 12:00-17:00 and 19:00-22:00 at Hotel Loza

At the check-in you will get all the information about the accommodation and the booked tickets.You can ask the guides any questions you may have about your vacation.From there you go to your booked accommodation. If you didn’t come by car yourself, we’ll organize a shuttle for you.

You can move into your accommodation from around 3:00 pm. If your accommodation is ready earlier, we will let you know directly at your check-in.

PARKING OPTIONS

If you would like to pick up tickets & keys by car, you unfortunately cannot stop next to the Cocomo Club or hotel, as sensitive fines can quickly be imposed there via cameras. Please use the following parking options:

IMPORTANT: PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING WITH YOU TO THE CHECK-IN

  • Travel voucher that you received by email after full payment (serves as proof of payment and for quick identification) → print it out or show it as a PDF on your mobile phone
  • The IDs or passports of you and everyone traveling with you
  • For apartment guests – please prepare the exact amount:
    • Deposit of 100 € per person. The deposit will be returned on departure. if there are no damages in the accommodation. (or refunded by bank transfer)
    • Tourist tax
      • 10€ per person for 7 nights
      • 8€ per person for 6 nights
      • 7€ per person for 5 nights
      • 6€ per person for 4 nights
      • 4€ per person for 3 nights

APARTMENTS

Please check the apartment for damage upon arrival. If there is any damage, please report it to the tour guide. We assume no liability for damage. Damaged or stolen items must be paid directly at the accommodation upon check-out. Please note the respective house rules! Bed linen and towels are provided in each flat. You must bring your own beach towels.

CHECK-OUT

Employees of the agency or the owners of the accommodation will come to your apartment on the day of departure between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. to inspect it for possible damages (the apartment must be ready for inspection from 9 a.m. to ensure a smooth process and avoid delays). If there are different check-out times (check-out before 9 a.m. or on the previous evening), you must inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee an individual check-out. If everything is in order, the deposit will be fully refunded, and you can leave the apartment.

  • If you have booked the bus with us, we will ensure that you are checked out on time to be punctual for the bus. If the check-out in the apartment is not done on time, you can leave the key on the kitchen table and exit the apartment. We will note this and refund the deposit afterward. It is important that you are at the bus approximately 30 minutes before departure.
  • If you check out early (WITHOUT AGREEMENT), leave the key on the kitchen table and send a brief message to the main booker via WhatsApp that you have checked out: 0049 731 963 388 63
